Submission Requirements: DE or Compact License in hand, RN License# and exp date, List of certs with exp dates
Full SSN, DOB, and Address
Unit: 4W Surgical 2 Years of experience in specialty required; no exceptions Interviews: Voice Advantage Interview Required Nurse Manager Screening/Interview Only Call Requirement: No Holiday Requirement: Yes Weekend Requirement: EOW Float requirement: Yes to areas within acuity
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: abdominal pain, cellulitis, change in mental status
Bed - 41-50
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:5, 1:6 Charting: Cerner Scrub Color: Navy Blue Areas of Float Support: As needed within the specialty.
