Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Surgery
Summary:
The Outpatient Surgery RN provides professional nursing care under general supervision to patients with a wide range of health conditions, from simple to complex. This role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented nurse with strong assessment, communication, and coordination skills to support patients before, during, and after outpatient surgical procedures.
Required:
- 1+ year RN experience (preferably in surgical or perioperative nursing)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
- Active RN license in Oklahoma or multistate compact (eNLC)
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to respond to cultural and language needs of diverse patient populations
